We offer a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms! No need to bring anything but yourselves and your luggage! We operate as a year-round luxury rental, so entire house is IMMACULATE and ALL necessities provided!

Amenities:
- Hot tub that is professionally maintained! Kayaks and bicycles PROVIDED for free!

- Awesome view of the lake and our small town coal train from our balcony, and just 1/4 mile walk from downtown restaurants/shops!

-Frisbee golf course, beach, and playground around the (locally) famous Palmer Lake!

- Ping pong, air hockey, foosball table, board games, card games!

- Pet friendly, with dog bed, bowls, and toys!
(They must be accompanied by adult or crated at all times.)

- BBQ grill and gas fire pit provided on the balcony

- Complementary snacks, soft drinks, and alcohol
