It is part of an entire apartment in the walkout basement, which includes a full bath, kitchen and TV room. There is one bedroom/full bath on the main floor and three bedrooms/2 full baths on the second floor. Eighteen minutes / 10 miles to the North Gate. Outside seating for 41 people on the rear patio and the rear deck which each have propane grills. Indoor seating for almost as many between the walkout basement and main floor living, dining, family and kitchen rooms. Ideal for multi-generation family coming for graduation week.
